An idea I got from a TV blog - maybe you could have reviewers who review episodes of TV shows, 'as they air'. Simmilar to the DVD reviews and pilot reviews except they are reviewed after they air. TVSquad.com is an example of this. Maybe a special review team, or a fan of a show, can submit reviews and they are put on a review blog - or something simmilar.
