Update: Kim Zimmer IS staying on Guiding Light.

There were rumors that she didn't want to stay if she couldn't get what she wanted. Which was not getting budget cuts.

I think Kim should stay with the show and the producers should keep her salary the same... after all the year she's given to the show and the three Emmy Awards she was won for her role as Reva, she's more than earned it...

Well I really want her to stay...usually I would say that they will keep her because she has refused pay cuts in the past and stayed on but with them just killing off major characters with no thought what so ever (Phillip and Ross, I know Phillip isn't dead but I highly doubt we will see the actor that played him so well back in that role...) I may watch OLTL next year if she does go over there... But right now Im strictly GL...

I hope she stays. I'm not sure the show would be the same without her right now. Especially in Jonathan's case.

Well they are certainly going in the wrong direction for someone who is staying a long time...

I didn't ask about her contract when I saw her at KD but someone in the Q&A did and all she said was that we'd know July 1st if she was staying or going. It's good to hear she told someone she isn't going anywhere.

I think the Jon/Reva relationship is my fav on the show right now. Tom and Kim work so well off each other and with the baby and the cancer there are so many incredible possibilities for stories with those two!

When I used to watch GL, Kim was the main reason I watched. I'd be a shame if she leaves the show.
