I only have it on Directv and I always listen to the 70's music. I think it's a satellite radio, I really can't define it that well, myself. :o

i love the 70's station and of course the R&B stuff. I also have Sirius; same thing. It's great hearing songs you haven't heard in years and also songs you will NEVER HEAR ON FREE FM. I paid a one time fee of $400 and i get Satellite FOR LIFE...NEVER HAVE TO PAY AGAIN!!!!

really??? wow. when the representative at Sirius told me this I hurried up to pay that $$$. why pay every year when you can pay essentially a fee for four years and get the thing for life.

Money well spent.

And that $400 deal was for Sirius, and I think it was just a promotion, I don't think you can get it anymore.

I love my XM radio!! I have had it for almost two years and in that time I haven't listened to regular radio!!

I listen to pretty much everything. I have the XM to go and it comes with a remote. So I can switch channels without looking. I flip until I find a song that I like!! LOL!!

Mostly I listen to the 80's, 90's and today. I also like the comedy channels!! LOL!! Oh, and the NASCAR channel is cool too!!

This is the last year for Nascar on XM :( , in 2007 it moves to Sirius. I have actually had both services, and they are both well worth the money.

I had XM for 3 years, and I loved it, but when I wanted to get a new radio I ended up getting Sirius. I like them both, but maybe Sirius a little more. Sirius does seem to play the same songs a lot though. Not just current ones, but even older ones from the 80s and 70s. And I personally find it unacceptable that they have the same song on 2 channels at the same time. XM and Sirius both do this. It's annoying.

Wow. The subscription to XM Radio sounds pricey. I listen to www.sr.se (Sveriges Radio) which has various radio genre stations throughout Sweden and a couple of Finnish radio stations. Anything from classical to rock to oldies to world music to talk radio. I love it. :D
