They were Vega$, Three's Company, Eight Is Enough, CHiPS, One Day At A Time, Harry O, Mork & Mindy, and WKRP In Cincinnati. Also The Powers of Matthew Star premiered. It was supposed to premier fall of 81, but Peter Barton was burned in some kind of accident.

I was born in 1988, so FOL was going of the air in the next few months.

In 1982 when they were filming The Powers of Matthew Star, Peter Barton was burned in an accident. The Powers of Matthew Star is one of the only shows I know that appeared twice in two different Fall Preview TV Guides. It's in the 1981 and 1982 Fall Previews. The 1982 Fall Preview explains the delay (burning accident).

1, FACTS OF LIFE!!!!!!! Dukes Of Hazzard, Knots Landing, Benson were a few that debuted. Good Times and Welcome Back Kotter were fancelled
