So, who was everyone's favorite? I know I didn't include EVERYONE there, but I think I hit the big four that I thought would get the most votes.

I had to say Testaverde (is that even how his name is spelled?) on this one, just because he was at the center of one of my favorite episodes. ("The Gift")

I also thought Ms. Simpson was pretty funny though, too. I didn't even include Miss Bliss in this, since I'm talking about the SBTB era and not what came before that. If you absolutely HAVE to choose her though, then just choose other and say what you liked about her.

Mr. Dewey. He always had those cheesy one liners. My favorite:

“I don’t believe it and I don’t care. I’m tired, I have a toothache, and I have to go home and pump iron.”

"Fasten your seatbelts, we're about to blast off into the magic kingdom of algebra".

Mr. Dewey, by far.

I voted Other. I always loved Mrs. Simpson. She was all deaf and stuff. She was so funny.

If you're picking Ms. Simpson...then why didn't you just vote "Ms. Simpson" instead of "Other"?

Ms. Simpson was my favourite. Didn't she have problems with both sight and hearing?

Well, he was an administrative assistant - so I wouldn't say he was a teacher, and he did somewhat have authority over the kids.

yes he did, but he was always fun and not serious. not that he wouldent put his foot down if he had to.

Ms. Simpson and Mr. Dewey were definitely the best. The Biology teacher from Season 1 was good as well, too bad he was underused.

Btw, What was that famous Mr. Dewey line from the "Driver's Ed." episode?

I thought Miss Bliss was a very supportive teacher, too - and I liked how she handled the situation with Nikki. I suppose that episode might be controversial in several ways, whether or not you agreed with Nikki's views - but it seemed like she was trying to help Nikki find a happy balance between standing up for her own beliefs and respecting the beliefs of other people.

They were canceled.

The Disney Channel gave Brandon Tartikoff a 12-episode deal, and unfortunately "Good Morning Miss Bliss" didn't meet their expectations. Season 1 of the "College Years" had a full season. I remember the show being heavily promoted on print, tv, etc. but when the show finally aired it only managed to pull in an average of 8 million viewers weekly. That's seems like a lot today, but in 1994 standards it just didn't cut it. Some speculate that if it were to be moved a half hour later, it would have done better because at 8:00 it was up against "Full House" on ABC. (Obviously, "Full House" and "Saved by the Bell" shared the same targeted audience.)

Good Morning Miss Bliss was set in Indianapolis, Indiana and was on the Disney channel. While Saved by the Bell was in California on NBC Saturday;s late Mornings.

I liked Miss Simpson she was deaf and said the funniest things when she couldn't hear and then she threw her back out and they had to push her on a skate board.

Only thing I didn't get is almost every class Zac, Screech, Slater, Jesse, Liza, and Kelly, had together. How real would that be in a real school where all 6 friends just happen to have almost every class together?
