I've seen a couple of Ford commercials where this song plays in the background and it sounds awfully like Clarkson. Does anybody know if it is her song?

it's not on her first 2 albums, but i'm not sure if it's gonna be on the 3rd or not. i heard it was a song that didn't make the cut for the breakaway CD.
