The episode where Ben Stein cancels Charles' student loan.

The episode where Charles has a strange dream that all the Powells' are becoming evicted by Buddy, the landlord. And Adam is a punk rocker, Mrs. Powell is doing tricks, Jamie becomes a Cinderella, Grandpa Powell is a pirate, and Sarah is a Southern Belle. My favorite is when Charles can do anything in his dream and he transforms himself to Don Corleone...:lol:

I loved the episode where Buddy was on the radio and at the end of the show, when his show is taken off-air, Buddy starts fantasizing about his career in radio, then tv, then movies and back to tv and he suggests a tv vehicle for himself.
Charles:"that sounds good, is there a part in it for me?"
Buddy: "yeah, every tv star needs a goofy sidekick."
Charles: (taking on Buddy's persona) "yeah, I can do that, I can do that!"

cracks me up every time!!!! :lol:

There is another episode I crack up a lot. It is the one where Powell tries to date his girlfriends at different times, one after the other. It all becomes a mess when three of his dates arive at the same time and change their schedules to meet Mr. Powell. So, they planned a scheme on Mr. Powell in order for the other girls to be much more interested in Buddy and Charles than Mr. Powell. I remember Dodo in a kissing frenzy with Charles. I just love how she just kissed passionately like it was nothing. I think that was the lady from The Bob Newhart...forgot what the she says that cracks me up..:lol: Anybody recalls that line?

yes! me too!! Michael had perfect comic timing for such a young actor. He was dead on in his delivery....."I am shocked and dismayed at this....*beat*....shocking dismayance."

Another one is the modeling episode that Jamie attends to. I sort of chuckled when Scott is dressed like a pirate and model agent lady saying it was the latest fashion for David Lee Roth. And I laugh some more when she continues with her fashion sense and Scott turns around, sticks out his butt like some Calvin Klein model. You remember he is facing backwards? Guess not...

I think from a pure comical standpoint the two funniest episodes are "Slumber Party" and "Ladies' Night Out".
