going to be a big brother. I took an at home test on Monday and it was positive. Went to the doctor this afternoon just to be sure and she confirmed that I am about six weeks along so we will be welcoming another one this coming December. My husband is on a business trip in Tennessee and won't be back till Sunday evening so he doesn't even know anything yet. I'm not sure how he will take it. I know he will be happy but we weren't planning for another one for at least another year. I know this must sound stupid and naive but I didn't think it would be very likely that I could get pregnant so soon after the first one since it took quite a while for my body to recover and my cycles to get back to normal so I was careless and wasn't using any protection. Anyway just thought I'd share. I told my sister and she is very excited.

A co-worker friend of mine is also going to be a father again this September. Their babies are going to be 22 months apart, but we are happy for him too!

That is wonderful news Mijada! Babies one year apart. That's how it was with me and my two sisters, and I loved it. If you're going to have them, might as well have them together.
