doesn't a have RELEASE DATE?" Who wants to hear-"It's coming soon or it's in the works? I consider those "IT"S COMING SOON" emails from tvshowsondvd.com a WASTE of Eye of Sight. They send some BAllSh*T this morning about One Day at a Time which meant nothing because it had no release date. Who else hates this?

"It's coming" sounds better than NOTHING, but I agree with you that I can do without "maybe" or "possibly". Especially when Monday is the day Sony usually makes announcements, the only news I wanted to hear about ODAAT is that it's definitely coming out, with a specific release date.

I mean, if they say it's "coming", you know it's on the way. I think that's better than not hearing anything, or hearing that it MIGHT come out.

But I agree with you, tvshowsondvd.com reporting that those shows will possibly come out is useless. They should concentrate on news about shows that they're certain will be released.

Still waiting on the "official date" for Mama's Family. TVSOD reported in was "coming soon" in December 2005. Yeah, I kind of hate when they do that.

I'm thinking of just taking my info off that site so I won't receive anymore emails. Why the hell would they even send someone a COMING SOON email? What kind of dumb sh*T is that?-lol

Maybe they want to give you a sense of hope that a show is coming out. I've been waiting for Maude and Welcome Back Kotter to come to dvd.

With at least one of my favorites I'd settle for, "It Still Exists! Maybe we'll get around to it someday."

I am still hoping for Square Pegs to be released on DVD. It is the only one of my three favorite sitcoms that has not yet seen a DVD release. I would take an "it's coming" anyday.

I never really pay attention to this broad anoncements. It is good to have them as long as they are really working on getting the dvd to come out.
