The first season had two openings. Which one do you prefer? I like the second one, that shows Herman coming out of the staircase after Pat Preist became Marilyn.

I watched the show from the first episode, but what sticks in my head is Herman coming out of the stairs first, which was from the altered opening. I watched the other one, but obviously it didn't stick in my head. Of course, I was 7 when the Munsters premiered in September 1964.

At that age I'm not sure if I even realized there was a different Marilyn. Probably not. I was just happy that I got to watch it. (We had one TV and Dad decided what we watched. BTW: It was a black & white set.:crazy:)
