Watching the entire Opening and Closing Credits? I

I watch so if I can see if there is any additional scenes that wasn't in syndication. Some People I know just fast forward through the Opening Credits

I do the same thing!

For some reason to me, anytime I watch a show, it doesn't feel "right" without watching the opening credits and hearing the theme. Even if I watch multiple episodes in a row, I have to watch the credits everytime. It kind of puts you in the right mood and helps you get lost in the show...at least, to me anyway.

I am definitly with both of you on this one, I never can watch a show without seeing the opening credits, I also do look to see if part of the opening of the show never made it into the show (if the show uses clips in the opening) I love picking that stuff out...

You know I never thought about it like that but watching the opening credits does help you to get lost in the show. I guess thats why it doesn't feel right if I skip the opeing credits

That's why it's hard to get into a lot of today's sitcoms. They don't have an opening theme. They just go right into the show.

Sometimes I'll start an episode at scene 2 (if scene selection is available, that's the scene after the credits) and then at around half-way of the episode I'll play the theme just to keep things fresh and interesting, but for the most part I watch the entire episode straight through.

I also always watch the opening and closing credits. It just doesn't feel right without them. I remember on Christmas Day I was watching my Home Improvement DVD and my stepfather was watching it with me. He kept getting so angry having to see the opening and clsoing credits every time. I couldn't stop laughing at him.

I watch the opening and closing credits on all my sitcoms. Sometimes I just jump right into the episode on a Drama show. And I skip the closing credits on the dramas. But Sitcoms I must watch.

:rotflmao:!!!!!

Well, it depends. Sometimes, I just have to go right to the stuff I want to see, and other times I actually try to watch it like an actual "movie", for some reason. I guess I just like being in suspense during the awful acting while I wait for the real reason to be watching it.

If i seen the episode before, then i skip over the intro and ending credits.
