...at James' funeral when she was singing about the hams. She should've known better.

I thought the same thing. I know some people celebrate the person's life, but it's quite another thing to party down.

That's exactly what Willona was doing, she was getting down!

in the episode of Michael bringing the old man home to die, she got down giving the old man his eulogy while he was alive.

Besides, i think that is something James would have laughed at and appreciated. Now, what Michael did by yelling at the reverend and his wife, that WAS FREAKIN RUDE!!!

Yeah they both had the same personality, Willona was a Pretty Clown and J.J was a Ugly Clown. They even had the same Hat on in the Cleatus ep

I don't think she was out of line. Sometimes at funerals people will say funny things about a person. And plus that Willona that's her nature, so it shouldn't be a shock.

i kept thinking abt this thread earlier. I wondered, how out of line is it? Well, i can see the kids being devastated because their father was killed. He wasn't sick and dying. His death wasn't expected. I can see how they may not be in the mood for such stuff. Having been to people's houses after a service i notice the difference between when someone died and their death was expected versus when someone dies in a car accident or suddenly. People tend to be funny, upbeat, jovial, etc. when the person was old or their death was expected. But! people tend to be very quiet, not so jovial when it's a sudden death.

Exactly, if James was 80, then I think things could be different. I am sure those kids were cringing when they heard Willona sing.

If one of my parents were killed in a car crash, and Willona acted like that at the funeral reception, I'd probably rip her wig off and shove it down her throat.
