That was a classic from Season Four! Jim accidentally burned down Louie's apartment. Afterwards, Jim gave Louie a blank check from his (Jim's) wealthy father to cover Louie's losses. The final kick-in-the-head for Louie was -- after laboring to figure out the perfect amount that wouldn't be too high, but would still mean a profit for Louie, he found out that Jim's father had been expecting it to be -- and was prepared to pay -- much more. :lol:

Like Skywalker said, the episode was entitled "Cooking For Two."
