I think that the Fonz would win

tv's batman wasn't even in the same league as the fonz.

Fonz is a good street fighter but Batman is trained in multiple forms of martial arts and can take out the entire Justice League without any powers. Batman is the obvious choice here, my friend.

Although I do take offence to you thinking that Batman would harm a civilian, or thinking that The Fonz would want to pick fights with a man that protects the city. NOT cool, dude.
