Guess Artest won't be playing for free next season-lol Actually Rick Adeleman was supposed to be fired after his team lost a 3-1 lead in the Western Finals in 2002. So he was actually coaching on borrowed time-lol

It was never 3-1. It was 2-2, then 3-2. Here are the scores:

Game 1 (2002-05-18 at SAC) LAL 106, SAC 99 LAL leads 1-0
Game 2 (2002-05-20 at SAC) SAC 96, LAL 90 Tied 1-1
Game 3 (2002-05-24 at LAL) SAC 103, LAL 90 SAC leads 2-1
Game 4 (2002-05-26 at LAL) LAL 100, SAC 99 Tied 2-2
Game 5 (2002-05-28 at SAC) SAC 92, LAL 91 SAC leads 3-2
Game 6 (2002-05-31 at LAL) LAL 106, SAC 102 Tied 3-3
Game 7 (2002-06-02 at SAC) LAL 112, SAC 106 LAL wins 4-3

The Kings got screwed because Bibby got a bloody nose from Kobe's elbow and Bibby got the foul. The Kings would have won game 6 on free throws and the series 4-2.

I got that same book. He didn't whine totally in it. Actually, it was a good book. But I was surprised about some of the stuff he said in it. He said he didn't think foreign players were good enough, because they don't play defense, and that they will never have what it takes to succeed in the league. He was referring to Drazen Petrovic, because he was coaching him in Portland at the time. I was shocked that he said that considering he is a coach and suppose to keep things like that in the locker room. This bit him in the ass, because he ended up coaching a bunch of foreigners. Divac, Stojokovic, Turkalou, etc.

That was rude of him saying that. Just who the hell he think he is?
Im glad he's gone.
