some live here...some visit...some lurk...but as many times as this fact was mentioned abt the ages of the actors, surely you could have caught it sooner...i first heard of the ages of the actors when I had been here a month.
but you must also remember, I was only a visitor to the Good Times forum...i didn't visit the other forums for a long while.

Others visit here from their jobs too. I have only been on for 30 minutes. But on days when there are huge debates, one can easily add up their "posts"...I have had many debates with Solomon...so it is Solomon I have to thank for getting me to the 10 thousand mark!!!!!! if it wasn't for his stubborn views, his on-going debates, his views on women, dating and so forth, I would have a ho-hum post number next to my screen name.

the "i don't live on the boards" is as old as this news abt the age of the actors. that statement goes right up there with the "it's just a tv show" statement...:rolleyes: Who says that anyone lives here? Some days are good ones and other days are just a quick visit. I don't get how anyone can make a reference abt anyone being on this board too much based on their posts.

And, quite frankly, Irene, I don't understand how someone can get all high and mighty just because someone did not know a "fact" about Good Times and/or the actors on G.T. Who really gives a flip if I or anybody else knew or didn't know some trivia fact about the show? :rolleyes: Why was it so important to you to post TWO different responses to my original post stating that I never knew that fact. Obviously, it does pertain to you somewhat if you got all defensive about it. All I can say, is that after reading how she cursed you out, you deserved it. You talk down on people on here and call people names for no reason at times. You got new members coming here talking about one of the greatest sitcoms in history, and you are giving a bad impression. I've been here for almost two years, and around this time last year, this board was so slow. You should appreciate all the newcomers here. The woman already stated you and her are not going to get along, so you made your presence known. Also, you need to stop carrying this "I know everything about TV than anyone" attitude around. The thing is, you don't know everything. Hell, I got a lot of TV knowlege, maybe not as much as you, but I don't claim to be a researcher either. I know what I know, if something comes up, I'll discuss it.
