Saw a post on a message board saying that CBS was filming a reunion special this summer. Anyone know if this is true or not?

I haven't heard about any plans for a reunion, but I hope it actually happens! :)

Wow, that'd be too awesome if true :eek: And how funny, after watching Kate & Allie the past week, I mentioned to my boyfriend how great a reunion show would be.

It would be a good time for it too, since Susan St. James has returned to acting a bit, and all the other main cast members seem to still be in the business of acting.

It would be terrific if they did a reunion show.

If it does well I would hope they would start a series. The angle is good: Ari Meyers and Allison Smith are just about the age now that Curtin and St. James were when the show originated.

It would be interesting to see how two kids of the 80's are making it in their late 30's.

Yes, but if you look at the demographics of potential viewers (college educated professionals in their 30's), I think a "Kate & Allie" reunion is a winner.
