Dirk couldn't because he was off balance. But if you are down 2 on the road with 10 seconds left you always go for the three

NOPE- Detroit just hit another three and the game ended 20 minutes ago. How the hell did that happened?-lol

Once he passed up the two and went behind the three-point line, he was stuck and had no choice but to shoot the 3

I mean he should have went for it before he dribbled behind the three point line, but I guess he didn't realize he would be covered that well.

Most times when a team is on the road and down 2, the plan is to go for the 3 and go home. I don't believe in sending the game into OT on THE ROAD
