I can't find the past "what ever happened to....?" threads, so I just decided to start one from scratch. Sorry if it's kinda redundant, but I was bored this evening. I started off into the 7th Heaven board and just sorta found one search after another and became curious about a couple of questions:

1. Whatever happened to -*Leah*-? I remember her from the 7th Heaven and Full House boards when I started frequenting SO, and I ran a search for her. I saw she last posted a lot at the Random Boards in July 2005, and I noticed she knew a lot of the frequenters here. So, how's she doing? What's she up to? Is she ever gonna return?

2. I stumbled across a past user named 'Unwanted Angel' who was banned. What happened? I was intrigued and didn't see anything wrong with the last thread he/she posted in. This person was showing off a photo of his/her baby, and the thread was locked. I just didn't see any kind of flaming in that thread. So, what is the story behind that?

So, can anyone explain either of these? I dunno. I am just bored... :bored:

I haven't seen Leah in quite awhile.

Unwanted Angela was Dorothy. She had a history of using more then one SN to fool people. That was a big controversy back in 2003. She's been back since under a few new SN's but I haven't seen her in awhile.

This thread has the potential to bring up past troubles and disagreements.

So please, let's not let that happen.

Ah, okay. I just skimmed through most of those posts in that thread. It's very confusing, but I get the gist of what was going on. It seems that half of those people I haven't seen them as frequenters here (not counting the banned ones). But oh well...

There are a lot of people that I used to talk to that have left over the years. I never did find out what happened to Shy Guy... I haven't seen him post here since September of 2003.

Yep! That's who I was talking about. I just couldn't get her "Transit Whiz" username off the tip of my tongue. I also saw the username "consentida" and wondered if it was her, but then I found another of Oomph?!'s usernames was "Quencherita," so I confused the "-ita" with the "-ida." I had to browse around in some threads from a year ago to see the names and remember. I guess I just missed when she changed to "Oomph?!" that I thought it was another person. These name changes confuse me, but I am getting more and more used to the regulars every day that passes. :lol:

things like that scare me sometimes. I mean, should something happen to someone, and i mean, real bad, we would never know. It's not like a friend or family member would know how to reach an on-line friend.

Yeah, I usually wonder the same thing about forums. No one else would really know to come to forums to let others know if something has truly happened in a person's life.

He's in the military and he's very busy. He also said he's run out of things to talk about. He said he might return someday though so that's good.

Well, one day he announced on the message boards that he had a brain tumor, and had only months to live. It was obviously a huge shock, and hit many members really hard. When he died, his brother actually came onto the boards and made the announcement that he had died. Apparantely, just before he died, he gave his brother his username and password, so thankfully we got to know what became of him. After that happened, I decided to give my username and password to one person I can trust, so that if anything happens to me, they can tell you all. I think it would be a good idea for other people to do as well.

Anyway, someone who I really miss is Rickenbacker. It's been atleast a couple years since he posted, and the music board just hasn't been the same without him. He actually P.M.ed me a couple years ago and told me that he was going to be spending less time here, and on message boards in general, but I had no idea that that would be the last I ever heard from him. :( I hope he's doing good though. He was always real nice to me.

I'm so sorry I missed this post PZelda, I don't know how I didn't see it. Yes, I do remember enjaydee. I don't think he and I were ever really friends or anything, but I do remember that he seemed like a nice guy, and I enjoyed reading his posts. That is so sad that he died. I can imagine the people on the boards must have been absolutely shocked, and devastated by this news. Especially his good friends. I know I'm late with this by about a year, but Rest In Peace Enjaydee!!! :( Thanks for all the YL memories!!
