I believe that is Pam Grier in Brian's Avatar. As far as the opening, I thought it was the Williamsburg, but that does look like the Queensboro Bridge.

I was pretty sure it wasn't the Williamsburgh because the Willie B has an outer roadway, this bridge did not.
