Rumor has it that a Silver Spoons reunion is in the works. The supposed storyline would center around the pending takeover of Stratton Toys by a giant WalMart type of corporation. All the previous actors have reportedly agreed to the idea in principle except Rick Schroeder, but he hasn't given an outright NO at this point. Obviously, a reunion just wouldn't work without Rick, so keep your fingers crossed that he'll say YES.

Where did you get this information from?

A friend of mine has a friend who works in the industry. This friend of a friend saw the snippet about a reunion in a trade magazine and gave it to my friend, who in turn showed it to me. I'm not sure the exact name of the publication, but I can find out.

Well the woman he mentioned who keeps pushing for DVD's was obviously Judith A. Moose. But I have a feeling that he unknowingly relayed some old information. Yes she did say that DVD's were in the works but soon after sadly reported that they scrapped the plans due to their thought that there isn't much of an audience for it. If Sony were starting to change their minds I'm sure she would have been back here spreading the word by now. I'll neer give up hope though :)

I think so also, however Judith did say they wanted to release Silver Spoons after the Facts of Life. I have a feeling FOL is going to sell quite well so hopefully they'll follow thrugh and get Silver Spoons in the works SOON.
