*When they stopped exclusively using Urban Contempary acts for the musical guests (sometime around Season 5) in favor of more Top 40/Modern Rock acts (which became even more apparent in Season 7 onward).
*When Lori Beth Denberg (which ultimately left Amanda Bynes and Christy Knowings as the only girls on the show circa Seasons 5-6) and/or Kenan & Kel left.
*When by Season 6 (the last of the "golden age" era "All That"), Josh Server was the only remaining link from the early (arguably "peak") years of the show. Also, Amanda Bynes (probably the only remaining true star power left after the departure of Kenan and Kel) was supposedly absent half of the time due to her "Amanda Show" committments.
*When the cast became less diversified (around the start of Season 7) as much of the cast was made up of good looking, suburban, Middle American, white kids (e.g. Chelsea Brummet, Jack DeSena, Kyle Sullivan, Jamie Lynn Spears, Christina Kirkman, Shane Lyons, and Lisa Foiles). This can also be related to the drastic change in musical taste, which in return, arguably helped give "All That" more of a hip, edgy flavor.
*When Kevin Kopelow left the show and Dan Schneider started running the show by himself (around the start of Season 7).
*When it became apparent that the writers started running out of ideas, hence them bringining back the "Good Burger" sketch (despite the fact that they had somebody other than Kel Mitchell play Ed) doing lame-brain spoofs of then-current pop culture (i.e. "American Idol", "Total Request Live", Harry Potter, Eminem, "The Real World", "The Osbournes", etc.).
*When the humor seemed to rely more on gross-out comedy, cheap slapstick, and special effects. Maybe it's just me, but it seemed like much of the humor in the older episodes was much zany or irreverent and not as forced.
*When they removed many familar elements of the show like the Big Ear of Corn and Vital Information. Yet when they decide to bring Vital Information back (with Lil JJ), the segment transforms into an utter (and likely unintentional) parody of itself.
*When the show seemed to start using more racial stereotypes (i.e. around Seasons 5-6) as sources of humor.
*When it became apparent, that the show gave too much reliance on special guest stars (i.e. beginning in Season 7).
*When the "Know Your Stars" segment became the only element of the new "All That" that was actually funny on a regular basis.
