I have some money in paypal to use and I dont have a credit card or banking account number in there. Do I have to have those to send money to someone?

How were you able to open a PayPal account without a credit or checking account number? That's the first thing they wanted when I opened one.

I actually used a Debit Card I meant but I was wondering If I needed to send someone money?

Well if you have money in there I see no reason why you wouldn't be able to send it to someone.

Okay just wanted to check to make sure that I didnt have to use a Debit Card to send it. My first time using it.

What I think I meant was does it go to my Debit Card account or does it just take the money out? Sorry kinda new at this PayPal

Well I don't have a debit card so I'm not sure. When I use PayPal it takes the money out and it also shows up on my credit card statement.

Thanks,I went to Ebay chat and asked for help I didn't need to use it if I didn't need to only If it were to go over my ammount then the rest would go to my Debit Card.
