I have never bought anything directly from an infomercial, but I have bought a few things in that AS SEEN ON TV store that was initially shown on infomercials. One of them was some exercise thingy, can't recall the name. I didn't like it afterall and ending up trashing it. God, I can't recall the name of it.

I bought a Dean Martin Variety Show DVD from an informercial a few years ago. I went a little crazy last year after winning some contest money and bought a bunch of stuff from QVC. They actually called my house about a month after I stopped buying stuff to offer me a discount. I didn't know they actually do stuff like that.

My mom is addicted to shopping channels and the one she watches the most is HSN and she has bought a heater and I bought Dad a new stereo for the kitchen from HSN and sometimes HSN has good deals on stuff during the holidays. My mom has bought As Seen On TV products and I must admit that some of the As Seen On TV stuff works but some do not always work like the informercials say they do. But my uncle is obsessed with informercial products and he bought mainly Ronco products and has a kitchen full of Ronco products
