Found this on the ET website. If this is true, I won't be watching it. I was really never an avid viewer of 'The View' that much. Only when they had on someone who I really was interested in.http://et.tv.yahoo.com/newslink/14588

Here they used to. In the morning and then at three. Oprah is shown here at it's regular time and then at one in the morning...

Rosie once said crap on t.v. (i seen it) abt Star Jones and how she shouldn't "lie" abt doing exercise and pilates when it was really surgery she had. "But I still love her...she is a former fatty like me." Rosie's words, not mine...LOL

According to Entertainment Tonight, it is official, she is going to be on the View. but why then did she stop her own show? I thought it was to be with her family...

Yeah I heard about what she said about Star Jones. We can all look at Star and tell that she had gastric bypass, no need to lie about it. No human being can loose that much weight that fast. I personally think star looks sick. I like Star and Rosie, I love it when women speak their minds and stand up for what they believe.

I still wish that it aired twice a day DAMNIT! I only get to see it on Fridays because I have every Friday off.

I used to like Rosie ...that is until she went off on Tom Selleck. Than being the hypocrite that she is, goes and hires an armed bodyguard when her family is threatened(something to that effect can't remember the exact facts of the story). Also, may I add, I also knew of her sexual orientation, but I just figured as long as I don't have to hear about it (or as long as she doesn't flaunt it) who cares?(Not that I accept homosexuality, I don't) as long as she doesn't try to shove it down my throat(like some of them try to do).I look at it this way, when her time comes to be judged by the Enteral Father(as we all will, myself included), that's between her and God.

Her sexual orientation has NOTHING to do with her sitting down at a table and interviewing people. I have no idea as to why you would even bring that up. And if she feels like talking about her spouse and children like the other women do at the table then more power to her. She shouldn't have to hold her tongue just because she's gay.

How does she or any other gay person "shove down her homosexuality" your throat!?? Don't make me get funny here! I could say something, but I won't. When I see a guy and a girl smooching it up in a grocery store, or fondling or grabbing each other in public, is that "shoving their heterosexuality" down our throats????? As a catholic I am appalled at you. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. Being a catholic or "God-fearing" person doesn't give you or anyone else the license to be rude, crude and obnoxious...nor does it give you the right to talk abt something you know nothing abt. I have a gay daughter. I knew since she was 4 she may be gay. There were signs. She didn't one day choose to be gay. She is 17 now. She was perplexed and haunted by it until she realized that I was accepting her as my daughter, not as a gay person. I love her no matter what. Whatever chemical make-up inside her that she has and I am sure gay people are born with, they would like to know too, but they don't pick and choose. Did you auntie wake up one day and said "I love men"? "I am straight"? Let me put it this way, if for some reason tomorrow all straight people were told YOU MUST NOW BE GAY, YOU CAN'T LOVE THE OPPOSITE SEX, YOU MUST LIVE YOUR LIFE AS A GAY BEING. You wouldn't be able to do it. because your genetics and anything related tells you THAT YOU ARE HETEROSEXUAL. Well, that's how gay people feel. They can't just SNAP OUTTA IT. So, keep your religious beliefs to yourself. No one here wants to hear it, not that they care what you think.

I believed in NOT JUDGING GAYS way before I ever became a parent. I didn't change my views because of my daughter. The bible also says the Earth was made in 6 days, when, we all KNOW it took hundreds of millions of years to form from molten rock and minerals after being expunged from the proto-sun...And besides that, what do you mean "accept" homosexuals? Do they not accept you? What right do you have to decide who is a worthy person, or not? ( Btw ,Im not gay ) You claim to follow the teachings of Jesus, a man who lived only for peace betwen men, one who accepted anyone , no matter what their disease or cast in life, do you think he'd reject someone for his sexual preference? I was born a catholic myself, and i think the very hypocrisy of the church's teaching on such things had a lot to do with my total rejection of all religion..anyway, I dont like Rosie, but, her sexuality has nothing to do with it...i just find her loud!

Unfortunately people like auntie use the catholic religion to spout their own hatred and distrust of people. It has nothing to do with being a catholic. A true catholic doesn't judge anyone. A true catholic doesn't spew such garbage. I do volunteer work every Monday at my local church and never have I heard my church priests ever say such bogus non-sense. They know my daughter is gay and they say nothing but good things. They remind me when I ask their advice on issues, one of them her being gay, is that Jesus and God loves everyone. Everyone is a sinner. No one is pure. No one should judge and everyone has to answer to a higher power one day. For anyone to use the bible and their religion to spew their own prejudices is not a true child of God. Jesus didn't hate anyone. He didn't blast the homosexuals or the prostitutes. His message was the greatest reward in life is to love everyone, even those who trespass against us...what reward is there in picking and choosing who to love and who to judge/hate? Auntie, you need to leave the board if you can't handle men, gays and anyone else. Your opinions mean nothing if they are filled with hate.

Because she is ignorant. She loves to go on forums and bash men, gays and other issues. Frankly, it's rude and against the rules to just go around the board and spew your hatred for a show or character. Imagine if we all did that. the board would be flooded with crap. That's why you are supposed to make a thread like SHOWS YOU HATE, TV HOSTS YOU DIDN'T LIKE, etc. not just make stuff like this. Jesus says love the sinner but not the sin. I don't wish them any harm, but that doesn't mean I have to hang out with them. That's my choice. So it's okay in God's eyes to be a crook and a liar? I think not!! One sin is just as bad as another. Sin is sin, whether it is homosexuality or lying. Can you point to anywhere in the bible that states that one sin is worse than another? Sin is sin no matter what that sin is. Everyone has sinned and falls short of the glory of God! That is why Jesus died on the cross for us. So that we can have the gift of eternal life.

Who knows what is in a person's heart. Do you believe that a person can ask for forgiveness up until his or her last breath? Do you believe murder is a worse sin that adultery? No, the sin is not killing someone or sleeping with someone that is not your spouse, the sin is disobeying God. That is all that matters.

I have many homosexual friends and would never think of judging them the way you do. My Uncle is also homosexual. So using your logic I should never talk to him again!! Boy, what a tolerant person you are. I am glad that I am not like you. I am raising my son to love everyone and so far it is working. I don't care if you are purple with yellow spots, if you treat me decently then I will treat you decently! Enough said.....

No she can't tell you that one sin is worse than the other, because she darn well knows that God sees ALL OF US AS SINNERS. NO ONE IS PURE AND INNOCENT. By God's standard of righteousness even the most moral person is looked upon by God as a desperate sinner on his way to Hell. We are all guilty before God. Romans: 3:10-11
This thread is no place for a religion lesson nor to pose our religion on others, however, Auntie you have brought this upon yourself for even bringing religion into a discussion abt a television personality that is none of your business. Your opinion as you keep stating it is, is one thing, bringing judgment upon someone as a child of God as you so claim to be, this is not the place.

You're obviously just looking for attention on here since you just haad to bring up Rosie O'Donnell's sexual orientation. God help you that's all I can say. Hopefully one day you will look past your bigotry.
