I can think of ones based off of video games and TV shows, but not movies.

Lots of 'em. For example ...

Casper (because it followed the first movie and included the same characters)
Jumanji
The Mask
Dumb and Dumber
Ace Ventura, Pet Detective (yep, three shows based on Jim Carrey movies--in one season!)
Police Academy
Disney's Tarzan
Disney's Little Mermaid
Timon & Pumbaa (from "The Lion King")
Buzz Lightyear (from the "Toy Story" films)
Disney's Young Hercules
Rambo
Muppet Babies (introduced in "The Muppets Take Manhattan")
Disney's Aladdin
Beethoven
The Mummy
Addams Family (based on the first movie)
Attack of the Killer Tomatoes
Fievel's American Tales
Will the Real Jerry Lewis Please Sit Down? (featured Nutty Professor, etc.)
Godzilla (based on the 1998 movie)

Here's another: Fantastic Voyage (http://www.toontracker.com/fantvoyage/fantvoyage.htm), the 1968-70 ABC Saturday Morning animated series based on the 1966 live-action 20th Century Fox release. It was produced by Filmation Associates in association with Twentieth Century Fox Television. http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/emoticons7/26.gif

...who can forget the short-lived DePatie-Freleng production Return To The Planet Of The Apes (http://www.theforbidden-zone.com/tv/animated.shtml) (NBC, 1975-76)? :D

...Journey To The Center Of The Earth (http://www.bcdb.com/cartoons/Filmation_Associates/H-R/Journey_to_the_Center_of_the_Earth/), Filmation's 1967-69 ABC Saturday Morning animated adaptation of the Oscar-nominated 1959 20th Century Fox film of the same name! (Both are, of course, based on the novel by Jules Verne.) http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/emoticons7/26.gif

Forgot one. Believe it or not, NBC aired a cartoon based on the "House Party" film called "Kid 'N Play." To this day, I have no idea how or why they decided to take an R-Rated comedy and turn it into a Saturday morning cartoon.

You forgot King Kong (produced by Rankin-Bass in the mid sixties, and based on you-know-what from 1933); The Godzilla Super Power Hour (self-explanitory); and M*U*S*H (a segment on Filmation's "Uncle Croc's Block" parody of kid shows starring Charles Nelson Reilly, the cartoon was adapted from the then current popular sitcom 'M*A*S*H", which was adapted from the movie and novel of the same name.)

I just remembered another one:

"Little Shop." It ran briefly on FOX kids. Based on the '86 film "Little Shop of Horrors."
