Today, Kenzie and I found out that our teacher, Mrs. Gray, had died of a heart attack. She's the one that made it possible for us to go to quiz bowl and win first place 2 weeks ago. I just think it's weird, cuz at the meet, after we won 1st place in the county, they wanted to take a picture of us. Mrs. Gray didn't want to be in the picture, but we begged her to be in it anyway. I just think that it's a really weird coincidence... Now the quiz bowl team is determined to win 1st in state next year and dedicate the trophy to her. We're asking that you pray for her and her family, even though you don't know them, because we were very close to her. Thank you for everything.

Sorry to hear about that. What grade was she your teacher or was she just involved with Quiz Bowl?

She was an assistant teacher for all grades, I guess. I mostly knew her from quiz bowl though.

Mid 40's, I think. Her religion didn't allow her to go to doctors, though. I think that if she went, it could have saved her life.
