In the May 4, 2006, episode of SMALLVILLE, suspicions about Lionel Luthor are
raised by ghostly visits from Jonathan Kent (John Schneider). (TV GUIDE, May
1, 2006)

He appeared as a ghost a few weeks ago to Clark. That's probably why he's still listed in the credits.

I have a feeling it won't be the last we see of him. I think he'll pop up around Smallville quite a bit giving Clark advice or something.

It always seems wierd to me that he remains in the credits.

In regards to the upcoming, May 4th episode:

"Clark (Tom Welling) is stunned when he sees his father's ghost (John Schneider) at the graveyard, but becomes even more confused after Jonathan tells him he must kill Lionel (John Glover). Meanwhile, Lex (Michael Rosenbaum) develops a vaccine for Fine's (guest star James Marsters) deadly virus, but Fine intervenes and injects him with the vaccine, which causes a shocking reaction in Lex. Kristin Kreuk, Erica Durance, Allison Mack and Annette O'Toole also star."

What did you guys think of this episode? I thought it was pretty good. It seems like overcoming Milton Fine and now Lex will be quite a challenge for Clarke.
