that season five of "NewsRadio" is good. It's still the worst season of the show, but it's good. I've been watching my season five tape lately and although I miss Bill and Max kind of sucks, Dave, Matthew, Joe, Jimmy, Lisa and Beth make up for that.

The Johnny Johnson episodes are all great (even if his marriage to Lisa is just wrong). I laughed hard when Matthew told Lisa that he finds her name to be ugly. Then he demonstrated by saying her name. The look on his face, while saying "Lisa Miller" was classic.

Andy Dick saved the last season of "NewsRadio". Phil Hartman was great and his loss was definitly noticeable. The balance was off. But I just look at certain Matthew moments and I find them to be histerical.

Season five is arguably the weakest in terms of classic material, but it definitely has its moments. Patrick Warburton's Johnny Johnson is hysterical ("Even as I battled stray dogs for scraps of meat in urine-soaked alleys, all I could think of was Lisa Miller.") The episode where Dave goes crazy and wants to fire everybody is great (Padded Suit). Joe Garelli: "Seriously, that dude ain't riding the b*tch bus, he's driving it." How can anybody NOT laugh at that? Lisa working undercover at Lucky Burger is one of my personal favorite season 5 episodes. My second favorite is *definitely* Flowers for Matthew. "You can call me Smimmy." LMAO!!!

I, for one, can't wait to have the fifth season on DVD. They really should try to get Patrick Warburton and Jon Lovitz for the commentaries.

I'd love for both Jon Lovitz and Patrick Warburton to participate in the commentaries. However, if I could only choose one, I'd go with Mr. Warburton. I can't believe season four is coming out in June. After that, there will only be 1 more season set to buy and then it's all over (in a good way)!

I thought season 5 was pretty good. I was never a big fan of the Max character, but the rest of the cast was great. I enjoyed the Johhny Johnson episodes. Matthew was hilarious during the 5th season. The one where he's a genius and the one where he becomes a punk rocker are two of my faves.

Well what do you expect the star of the show and the funniest person of the show Phil Hartman died and I read that the cast had a hard time getting through with the 5th season.
