Back in the early 90s, I lost a family member. The grief had me so paralyzed, that I lost 25 pounds in less than two months.

About eight years ago, I gained 20 pounds. Who knows why. I took it off, but it's an ongoing battle.

The opposite happens to me. When I'm depressed I tend to eat. I gained a lot of weight after my Mother died. I've been on a lot of diets. I've lost up to 50 pounds before but I never seem to be able to keep it off. I'm still trying.

I would say the most I've gained would be about 15 pounds, but I took those pounds off by through a walking regiment.

My junior year of high school I got really sick. For three days all I drank was apple juice. I lost 10 pounds and, surprisingly, didn't put it back on when I started feeling better. I kept the weight off for almost a year when my family went on a cruise and I gained all the weight back in one week. I've been the same weight ever since.

Not counting puberty, I really haven't gained any weight. I was at my weight peak at the end of puberty..since then, I've dropped a good 40 pounds, and it just kind of fluctuates within 5 pounds of what it's at now.

I gained almost 50 pounds when I was pregnant (I went from around 120-170). And I have lost all of it (thank goodness.)

I know the fastest weight loss. Friend of mine dropped 135 lbs of ugly fat in two weeks. Took that long for the divorce papers to finalize.

my biggest weight gain was 38 pounds, that was when I was pregnant with my first baby. I lost it all and then I was pregnant again with my second baby, I didn't gain that much weight, I gained about 15 pounds and I losted all of that and a little bit more. I go running every morning except for Sundays, that's my day off, thats how I keep my weight down.

 Ditto. Only I was a senior in HS (so, the same yr as you, 2002-03) AND I caught a severe case of the flu...I was bedridden for TWO WEEKS. I also lost 10 lbs because I could barely eat anything. I had such a bad case of nausea that I had to be prescribed some medication to keep it under control. But as soon as I recovered, I gained the 10 lbs back.

From the time I was a freshman in high school until after my first year in college, I gained weight...I was never obese or anything like that, but I -was- overweight. I guess I was about 110 or 115 in my eighth grade year. I gained at least 10 lbs with every passing school year after that. My heaviest was 170...but I have since then lost appx. 25 lbs (AND kept it off), as well as going down SIX pant sizes. I still have more to lose. I am happy at the moment, because I am about the same weight I was in my junior year of HS BUT I don't wear the same clothes nor sizes I wore that year. :D

About eight years ago, I gained 20 pounds. Who knows why. I took it off, but it's an ongoing battle.

My biggest weight loss was when I lost 30 pounds, going from 145, to 115. I was taking adderol at the time (legalized speed), so that was the reason for the drastic weight loss.

On the adderol, my blood pressure went way too high, and so I was taken off of it, and instead, was put on three medications that did the opposite, causing weight gain. Since the switch, I have gained 50 pounds.

If anyone wants to see what I looked like then, compared to what I look like now, just check out my myspace profile Here (http://www.myspace.com/cuddlyboy24). The picture you see on my profile page is me now, and the other two were me then. It's quite a big difference.

If you take into consideration the fact that I lost 30 pounds because of meds, then in actuality I really only gained 20 pounds, considering the fact that my weight was originally 145. Atleast that's the way I like to look at it.

I have never really gained or lost a lot of weight. I have been a steady weight for ever. Hopefully it will stay like that. ;)

I contracted food poisoning...twice... while staying in Mexico last year. I lost a total of twenty lbs. I'm naturally thin anyway, so I was practically emaciated when I returned to the States. I gained all the weight back within a few weeks of my return, however...

I've gained about 20 pounds since I left HS. The most I've ever lost was also in HS, about 5, maybe 10 pounds. Nothing drastic.

Don't have a big loss, but I started college last fall and gained, not the freshman 15, the freshman 40! Really need to go on a serious diet, LOL

I've always been really skinny, I've never gained or lost any significant weight, but I'm only 16. I weigh about 120 pounds.

Abvout ten years ago, I was probably the heaviest i had ever been (200 pounds) after living in New York for a few years I started running and dieting (no dairy, no caffine for over a year) and I dropped down to about 155(That's what I weighed in High School!)
Sadly, i don't run anymore, and I don't watch the diet as well as I'd like to, and i've been slacking off with the fitness regiment too, plus the beer doesn't help much either.
I'd say now I'm about 170 or 180. I'm kinda afraid to get on the scale and check.
But I am trying to work out more, and now that the weather is nicer, I can do some bike riding again.

I think this year I've gained a lot of weight...like 30 pounds. It's sickening and I honestly can't believe I weigh this much. It's like I look the same but the scale keeps going up.

I've never gained or lost any significant amount of weight. I've obviously gotten heavier as I've grown, but that's it.

About two or three years ago I was at 223 pounds. I got it down to 203 then gained ten and I'm still working on it. Luckily for me my Health class also has a lab which incorporates physical fitness. That, along with going to the Y twice a week, has kept me in shape.

One time I went on vacation to see my cousins. I had access to a lot of soda and snacks and when I got home I had gained ten pounds in a two week span. I got rid of some of it.

My greatest weight gain is probably about 20 pounds (in only 1 year!!) when I kept dieting and then binging then dieting again, ect.

I'm not sure about my greatest weight loss though.....

I LOVE TO EAT SOOOOO MUCH!!!! If you see any posts about food, I'll be in there! I could out-eat an elephant, especially any kind of candy, cookies, ice cream, etc. I scare people at buffets, lol. I gain some weight almost every year, but then I get my ass back to the gym and lose it. Right now I'm still a little overweight, but I'm working on it!!!
