Okay, talking about dresses...and I am so sorry to say this...but do you sometimes wonder who's picking Carrie (the character's) close out?

I don't know what episode it was, but she was wearing what looked like a polyester dress that was white with red dots or something all over it, belted at the waist, V-neck line with pointy collars....
