Does anyone know where the house they showed in some opening or cutaway scenes is located? Did they film that episode when there is a fire in the house on location? Enquiring minds want to know...

They never did have that many 'outdoor' scenes did they? Going to Paris must have been a blast though.. It's strange they filmed it more like a sitcom unlike The Facts of Life Goes to Paris movie or the Family Ties Vacation movie in London movie.

That's a VERY good question. I'd like to know, too where the house is. I'd say it's in Oak Park, Illinois but that's just a guess. Because I know the Cosby Show house was really located in NYC even though they never used that house. I don't know. It is got to be in Oak Park,IL. I live not too far from Oak Park, in fact I looked carefully at the opening credits, and it might have been in my neighbrohood. I live in Hickory Hills,IL. Wasn't the house red, a two story, and was on a tree lined block?
