Our school is a lot different, our year book staff started in September and have been working all year. I am not in it but I would think it would be hard to get the work done by the end of the year if you only had from April on.

Yeah ours starts at the beginning of the school year and everyone who takes journalism is automatically on yearbook and newspaper staff.

i was the editor-in-chief of my HS's yearbook for two years. my YB days were a good experience... but thankfully a distant memory.

My high school's yearbook works differently too. Students in a group called CAMBIA do our yearbooks... and we dont get our yearbooks until second semester of the following year. For instance, you dont get your freshman yearbook until the middle of your sophmore year. And they mail us our senior yearbooks if you dont pick them up. So we never got to sign yearbooks. :mad:

We never really got to sign yearbooks either because we would get them during September of the following school year. Although for the seniors they did give us a makeshift "yearbooK" basically a book of blank pages that we could get people to sign.
