It amost became "Run Rabbit Run." Those silly Germans!
LOL! That has often lead me to wonder, if they had went along with that name, what would be those last few words? Run, rabbit, run...run, rabbit, run...run, rabbit, run...oh, look there's the hunter with his gun?

And I'm in one of my bored moods, so I guess I'll go and name all of the instrumental soap theme songs that I love. Soooooo many of these could have been released as singles and would have become hits, honestly. And it goes over the board. There's a lot of easy listening-type, a lot of pop-rock type, several disco/dance types, and all kinds of genres.

A lot of you people have mentioned Mancini, but I wonder how many can appreciate his theme from "Silver Streak" as much as I can. Another instrumental theme I love a lot is John Barry's theme from "The Knack... and how to get it."

On the subject on instrumentals that aren't theme songs, Midnight Oil had a catchy one from ten years ago called "Gravelrash."

Add "YYZ" (named for Toronto International Airport's code) by Rush. :)

You know, for a while after I got into Rush, I had no idea that's what YYZ was. I mean I knew they were from Canada, but didn't know that was Toronto's airport code. Well, I know that now after I had to book a flight one time and was looking on the list of codes. And then I was like "That's where they got YYZ from!";)

The airport is alternately named for Lester Pearson, prime minister of Canada in the sixties.
