OK well it was finished a few weeks back and I neglected to post it

MAYBERRY RFD, the complete sitcom spinoff of Andy Griffith Show, basically the Andy Griffith Show without Andy! Andy and Helen get married and move away with Opie, but the town goes on! Goober, Emmett, Howard Sprague, Aunt Bea and Sam Jones continue the fun.

All 78 episodes, 30 minutes each, commercial free. The set is complete on 16discs. The first 5 discs are about 9 of 10, the remaining 11 are an average of about 8 of 10. The set has menus and is complete. The episodes are 99% in order, BUT not 100 % as to keep the 2 parters on the same disc.

Starring Ken Berry, George Lindsey and of Course Andy Griffith made a bunch of visits back home. Sometimes with Helen, or Opie and Even Barney Fife pops in for a visit.

PS this set is NOT the same material as the AWFUL 8 disc set--- beware the 8 disc set, as it has no menus, commercials and is overcompressed with bad quality, this set is 16 discs, 5 eps per disc. Complete!

email me if u want to trade

I know this is an older thread but this is a wonderful set that Lamont has.I just received it and am very satisfied.RFD was a simple show and I know it gets alot of flak because of the Andy Griffith character leaving.OK it's not the most exciting show but I enjoy it as it portrays a simpler and less mean spirited time in TV history before the dreaded rural show purge. It's nice to watch something like that in todays world.

Thanks Lamont.
