Jack's: father, mother, grandfather, brother
Janet's: sister
Chrissy's: mother, father, cousin (Cindy!)
Cindy's: father, cousin (Chrissy!)
Terri's: mother, father, sister

Uhm, didn't Larry's family appear in one episode? When the Bistro opened?

Larry's Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and sister appear in season 7.

Another one I thought of is Dean Travers' niece, Betty Jean.

There was also Jack's uncle Freemont (he passed back checks); Cindy's aunt Becky (the gang hid at her farm); the Roper's niece Karen (she put the moves on Jack).
