Lately something’s been pulling at me inside to do this. It’s one of those things that you have to do, no matter how hard it is or how much you fear the outcome. I hope this doesn’t freak you out or mess anything up for you, but I have feelings for you as more than just friends. I’m pretty sure it took me 15 minutes to write that one sentence lol. It happened awhile ago and there was nothing I could do about it. I know it’s better to tell a person face to face but…this is hard enough. On top of telling you that, there’s just so much I need to get off of my chest. So…here goes…

I guess the thing that’s driving me crazy the most is your relationship with Kayla. At one point I was certain you two liked each other and even now it seems like there’s something. Maybe you’re going out and I don’t even realize it. I can’t figure out what the truth is about the way you two feel about each other. It’s been killing me forever and I think if I knew for sure I’d get over this faster.

Another thing is…I’m so confused as to where I stand with you. You’re just such a liked kid and you have so many friends that I start to wonder where I fit in with all of those people. And it seems like, recently, I’m always the one that initiates conversation. I don’t know, sometimes I feel like you don’t really want to talk to me. Or then there’s that thing where I’m afraid people think I don’t like THEM because sometimes I give people that impression…and maybe that’s why they avoid me. Really it’s that I have a major fear of bothering people, whether we’re friends or not, so I don’t talk much. I’m sure it’s all in my mind, but it’s hard to help.
