Im going to my friends tomorrow and I found a drink that sounds really good but I dont know what it means! :lol:


Talbot's Dream recipe
3 parts Godiva® white chocolate liqueur
2 parts Bailey's® Irish cream

Add godiva and bailey's to a blender. Add ice to desired thickness. Blend well, pour into champagne saucer(s), and serve.


What does PARTS mean? 1/4 cup? A tablespoon? I want to make sure Im measuring it correctly. Thanks!

It depends on how much of a drink you want to make. If you're making a drink that serves one, then you're talking a few ounces in a part.

Get a measuring cup and try it out using water. that's a good way to judge how much you'll get with a perticular measurement.. If you're serving the drink to a few people, make the "part" bigger.

As long as you have the proper ratio of parts (in your case 3 parts of one ingrediant and two of another) then the drink will be mixed properly.

btw, just looked it up...

a part is 1 1/2 ounces.

When it says something like 3 parts, I normally count while I'm pouring, So I'll go 1,2,3. A friend of mine who's a bartender told me that trick.
