Definitely with bangs...but I'm from the 80s, where the bigger the bangs the better :). Hottest girl I remember from being a teenager was Allysa Milano when she was about 16, I think I was 14, and had her poster on my wall forever...just gazing at it trying to figure out how the heck I'd meet her...and she had HUGE bangs....
