View Full Version : Blonde females that go against the stereotype
Janice Johnson 04-10-2006, 11:23 AM Here are some blondes that go against the blonde female=stupid stereoptype.
Hillary Rodham Clinton=Very smart. She could be the next president, and that would make her the first female president ever.
Zenon=She is smart, and had to save the day three different times! She had to save everyone's butts!(Though she is a character played by Kristin Storms)
Madonna-She is a smart, intellectaul woman. In her interviews, she's always coherent and articulate.
Linda McMahon-WWE CEO. Smart. Co-owner of the WWE franchise(World Wrestling Entertainment)
Amy Fisher-A smart young woman. At 19, she decided to raise her four younger brothers by herself when they all became orphaned, rather then let the Human Resources separate her four brothers by putting them in separate foster homes.
Superstar 04-10-2006, 01:26 PM Zenon?
Janice Johnson 04-10-2006, 01:32 PM Zenon?
I SAID though she's a character.:p. Speaking of stereotypes, Chelsea is a brunette and has brown eyes, which stereotypically is considered "smart", but on That's So Raven, she is like the dumbest person in the world.

Steve M. 04-10-2006, 09:36 PM Here are some blondes that go against the blonde female=stupid stereoptype.
Madonna-She is a smart, intellectaul woman. In her interviews, she's always coherent and articulate.
Oh, Pee-UKEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! puke:
Her music - if it can be called that - sucks, her voice is annoying, and she can't act! Articulate? Coherent? Remember her 12/3/90 "Nightline" interview? She couldn't even display an understanding of the Bill of Rights!
Plus, she's a bottle-blonde. And a part-time one at that!
:barf:

I find her to be very articulate and smart. I like her. She seems secure and has her head on straight (at times). I love her passion towards animals. However, she is not a true blonde. But still, the thread didn't say true blondes.
Madonna actually has a very high IQ. She doesn't take bull crap from anyone...she has made billions of $$$ and hasn't lost it to a crazy manager or anything. She has made great investments with her money. She hasn't gone off the looney bin like Mariah.
Steve M. 04-10-2006, 09:40 PM BTW, aren't you forgetting someone?

Oh yeah, I know Catherine Deneuve is also not a natural blonde, but once she went blonde, at least she stayed that way! :p

I agree. I am not crazy about Madonna either. She is one celebrity/singer I have never liked.
Mysty Eyes 04-10-2006, 09:53 PM Sharon Stone is very intelligent and articulate.
And also Jodie Foster.
Superstar 04-11-2006, 06:17 AM Ellen DeGeneres - She is so funny and she's an intelligent woman.
Kelly Clarkson - Where do I start? She's smart, funny, beautiful, and has an amzing voice.
Janice Johnson 04-11-2006, 08:07 AM Clarification-The blondes we talk about that go against the "blonde" female stereotype don't have to be "real" blondes.:p They can be dyed or bleached blonde.
Chad Michael Murray 04-11-2006, 10:37 AM Trish Stratus!
She was already accepted to medical school and then wound up becoming a fitness model instead all because the teachers were having a strike there and she needed something to do in the meantime...which eventually resulted in a WWE career!
Thank god for that teacher's strike.
APPLEI 04-11-2006, 12:15 PM loni anderson

JO jr 04-14-2006, 12:05 AM WELL, SINCE IT CAN BE FICTIONAL, BLAIR FROM THE FACTS OF LIFE. SHE MAY HAVE BEEN TOTALLY SELF-ABSORBED, TO THE POINT IT BECAME VERY FUNNY, BUT SHE WAS INTELLIGENT AS WELL. SHE HAD EXCELLENT GRADES DURING EASTLAND & LANGLEY; AND WHEN SHE FOUND OUT HER MONEY AND FAMILY NAME COULDN'T BUY HER A PASSING LAW ENTRANCE EXAM, WITH THE HELP OF JO, SHE STUDIED ALL NIGHT, AND PASSED. (A GREAT EP, TOO!):)
ALSO, LISA WHELCHEL HAS DONE PRETTY WELL FOR HERSELF, TOO, I'D SAY:)

Janice Johnson 04-15-2006, 02:21 PM Speaking of fictional characters with blonde hair, how about Molly from Maybe It's Me? She came off as smart.........
Steve M. 04-15-2006, 08:47 PM Priscilla Barnes
Wow, talk about digging deep in the "WHERE ARE THEY NOW?" file!
D-Dey 04-15-2006, 09:57 PM If you want to talk about non-stereotypical blondes, it takes a hardcore Daria fan to add Tracy Grandstaff to the list.
http://www.outpost-daria.com/images/tracy_grandstaff.jpg
Besides being the former voice of Daria Morgendorffer, she's also a writer, and has been known to review a few books.

The down side; She also was a writer on "The Tom Green Show," which doesn't exactly make a good case for her.
Janice Johnson 06-02-2008, 05:42 PM Veronica Mars and Maddie from The suite Life defy stereotypes that blondes are dumb!:)
PunkyP0WER 06-02-2008, 05:50 PM princess diana
*ClassicPinUp* 06-02-2008, 06:01 PM Even though she wasn't a natural blonde (though she'll always be remembered as one); Marilyn Monroe - funny, smart, talented, classy, the ultimate in feminine, sexy, nice etc.
