Anyone else notice when they were working on General Mitchell's son that Hawkeye says something to effect that they were working on his trachea and his esophogus --- but yet when there is a shot of the patient it looks like they are no where near his trachea! It shows a upper shot of the patient laying down. They were more near his chest.

I understand the esophogus does go down into the chest area but still -- it sounded like they were working on the trachea from the dialogue.
