This is different than my, "Incorrect Lyrics?" thread, because this thread only deals with misheard TV Theme lyrics.

Good Times TV Theme

Opening

I Heard: Anytime you need a friend.
Correct: Anytime you meet a friend.

I heard: Anytime you need a payment.
Correct: Anytime you meet a payment.

I heard: Anytime of the month now.
Correct: Anytime we're out from under.

I heard: "Not getting puzzles.
Correct: "Not getting hastled.

I heard: "Making a way when you can.
Correct: "Making a wave when you can.

I heard: We we lucky we got them.
Correct: Ain't we lucky we got them?

Closing

I heard:Just looking out the window, watching me ask for gold."
Correct:Just looking out the window, watching the asphalt grow/glow.(the closed caption says that it's "grow" but that makes no sense, as asphalt should not "grow", and asphalt should "glow" because the sun is shining on it.)

I heard: Just seeing as it all looks anytime.
Correct: Just seeing as it all looks "hand me down"

Correct: "Hangin' in a chow line". (This line is the most debated line in Good Times theme. Some say it's hangin' in a jiury, some say it's hangin' in a chow line, but it's been proven to say, "hangin in a chow line".;)

Blossom TV Theme

I Heard: "Snap on your (Censored)"(slang for a girl's private part)
Correct: "Stop all your fussing."

I felt VERY uncomfortable listening to this TV theme song when I was younger because I thought it was sayhing the wrong thing and I later found out the correct lyrics to the theme song.:)

For the theme song to The Brady Bunch:

Incorrect: "That this groove must somehow form a family"
Correct: "That this group must somehow form a family"

I think it was from the word "groovy" that I got the idea.
