The Evans were watching the lottery but it was 12 digit numbers instead of 3 and 4 and sounded more like a RAFFLE. So just wondering if that's how the lotteries were in the 70's.

In PA there is a 3 Digit Lottery and a 4 Digit Lottery Ireneparalegal 04-05-2006, 08:29 PM I guess each state is different. We have so many variations of the lotto here, I am confused.
