The Evans were watching the lottery but it was 12 digit numbers instead of 3 and 4 and sounded more like a RAFFLE. So just wondering if that's how the lotteries were in the 70's.

In PA there is a 3 Digit Lottery and a 4 Digit Lottery

I guess each state is different. We have so many variations of the lotto here, I am confused. One is 7 numbers. One is 9 numbers, then we have the 3 number one...it's confusing.

12 seems to be too much for a lottery in my opinion.
