Supposedly Bill Cosby had a tiff w/the kid who played Cockroach, Carl Anthony Payne. Carl's hair was growing out, and Bill wanted the clean cut look, but Carl refused to cut his hair. Supposedly that's how he got fired.

When Cliff and Clair are making up on the couch, Cliff says, "I think its okay to let him go to the party on Saturday," to which Clair replies, "Okay... We can ground him for a week after that."
