With ratings not very high, and having reached the 100th episode (which means it can be sold to syndication) Do you think ABC will renew it for the 2006/2007 TV season?

It should George Lopez is my favorite sitcom from ABC. Plus before Idol invaded Wednesday it was doing solid.. it might of lost some steam now but still does decent. so I say yes..

I hope you're right. Even though the series has reached its 100th episode, it hasn't gone down in quality in my opinion (which is more than I can say for My Wife and Kids)

I think that ABC will Renew The George Lopez Show

I think George Lopez and According to Jim will go one more seaon, but I expect next year to be the last, since both have seen sharp ratings decline. ABC is hurting for sitcoms and they need these two semi-long running sitcoms to fill up there schedule. With Rodney and Freddie likely dead, and Hope and Faith possibly not returning, I can't see either GL or ATJ being canned.

I heard they were renewing George Lopez, but not Freddie.
