Harvey savageamusement 03-30-2006, 12:40 AM The reason it was removed, was not because it made anyone mad. It was not a favorites thing, it wasn't even an "i'm tired and don't want to deal with it" If you want to post bad feedback, there is no reason you can not. But there should be some level of decorum to do so. And also there is a feedback section. The thread was moved, not deleted- it was moved because it was in the wrong area- and to be honest was a little ambushing of sorts. And it involved issues not directly related to this site- and falls under the catagory #6 Keep all arguments off the board. If you have a disagreement with someone, PLEASE work it out in private. Just as a tip, if a disagreement gets so bad try to find a mediator to help you solve your problem. I have been in cotnact A LOT with the user in question, as well as the majority of users that have problem swith her right now. I am doing the best I can to help resolve things- but it is impossible to help mediate or resolve an issue, when new threads are being put up and aggitating the situation. I have had requests to ban people, suspend people to speak up on osme behalfs, and so speak down to others. And although a perfect resolve MAY not be applicable, multiple threads at the same time as resolution is being attempted, with others users inquiring, commenting or even investigating only makes moderation more difficult. I will cap this quite easily. The users who have a problem with the said "bad trader" have been urged/requested to make a complete, and calm bad trader report. If no resolve can be met, and they wish to dicuss the matter afterwords that is their right- But I would like the heat to come off the subject so that if a resolve IS applicable, and possible it might be met. I will not remove a thread for stating you don't like a user. However, if someone contacts me to try to resolve the issue, I think a certian amount of time shoudl eb allowed to fully look into matters and see if that is possible- before multiple threads discuss the topic allowingp ublic opinion and questions into the matter which can furthor confuse or aggitate the original issue. In this case- as her name has already been said- Sheri220 has alreayd contacted me- and I am in contact with several members to try to come to a compromise and or agreement. Maybe it isn't possible- but I would like the chance to be fair and educated before any more requests are made on the subject. Thank you for your understanding- |
