there was a story on one of the specials that involved a woman and a friend of hers who was attacked, and one of them killed. the woman who survived still had no memories of the assault even 5 years afterward.
the only person who saw the killer was the 3 year old girl.

Yes in the Lifetime version of this story there was an update that Raymond Tempest was arrested for the crime. He was convicted but always has maintained his innocence. Here is an article:
