I'm eating chicken wings right now and I love both, but I prefer the drums over the tips. I don't know why, but i just find them more meatier, especially when they are well done and dipped in blue cheese. I just found a great recipe for them. I buy the Perdue wings and drums (sold in the same package). I panfry them in oil because I don't have a deep fryer. I brown them on each side. I drain them on paper towels and put them in a plastic bowl. I found this excellent sauce, especially for buffalo wings called, Wing It. It's in the marinade section of the grocery store. Next time you ever visit Buffalo try to get a table at The Anchor Bar, because that's where the Buffalo wings were started. It's a fun place to eat, but it's BUSY. I know people who can eat EVERYTHING to leave the bone clean, but I can't do that. I only eat the meatest parts and ignore the chewy, greasiest parts.
