Just read last night on the ET website that not only is Richie Sambora seeking joint custody of their daughter, but what really burns me up the most is that he is also seeking to terminate spousal support, when it's his fault in the first place that she filed for devorce!

Do we really know the reason why they divorced?

Yeah...I don't know why they're getting divorced, but I don't see why he shouldn't have joint custody of their daughter.

Also, it's funny to me how people jump on Nick Lachey's back for seeking spousal support because he's a man, but then when Richie Sambora tries to terminate it, suddenly he's bad also because for some reason a woman is "more entitled" to it or something.

Heather is a millionaire in her own right, so it's not like she's going to suffer financially.
