I was glad to see that Ralph Carter did show up to be with the rest og the cast to receive the breakthrough award.


But could somebody please explain whathe meant by his short little comment about the late Esther Rolle didnt understand it and man did he look old with the mustache he seemed so serious too.

I know what he said, but I can't remember word for word what it was...:confused: something abt her being the one to bring them together, i don't recall the words, but mainly saying it was her they were thankful for.

Ralph referred to the late Esther Rolle as 'Our Ancestress' in his short speech!:eek:
